We rely on community support.

In 2023 we provided meals for 3,238 families & 9,173 individuals. We provide 15-18 meals to each family member per month.

A $1 donation purchases 6lbs. of food at Good Shepherd Food Bank. Please support us & your neighbors!

Due to financial considerations, effective September 1, all clients must be residents of Saco and bring proof of residency each visit.

Hours of Operation Monday-Friday 9:00am-10:30am and the last Tuesday of each month from 5:00pm-6:30pm

!!! Notice to Last Tuesday Evening Clients at Saco Food Pantry !!!

Because of some confusion around the holidays, we will be changing the day we open evenings from the last Tuesday of the month to the first Tuesday of the month, effective November 5th. This will continue in 2025.

We will be open:

  • Tuesday, January 7 from 5:00 - 6:30 pm
  • Tuesday, February 4 from 5:00 - 6:30 pm
  • Tuesday, March 4 from 5:00 - 6:30 pm

...is an outreach program located adjacent to the Saco Food Pantry.

You may pick up clothing there for infants and children up to age 11. Eligible children need to show Maine Care or Social Security card (the numbers are not recorded).

Donated clothing accepted in sizes for infants and children up to age 11.
