Recipients must be Saco Residents!

Bring proof of residency by outside source, such as TV, Electric, Phone bill or if renting, a Lease Agreement.

Post Office Boxes, Drivers Licenses or Maine ID's are not acceptable as proof of residency

Children need a Maine Care Card or Social Security Number
